"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Spacious and clean

"I thought I had arrived at a resort with its palms, high rise apartments and manicured gardens. Definitely a holiday destination for the Japanese people. Spacious and comfortable with a microwave. As it was not close to Toba, having a car and the microwave allowed us to be more independent, not relying on eating out. The supermarket had plenty of takeout options. "

"What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. . "
