Jetted tub’s light not working. Insects/ants inside the bed. Was told the resort ran out of water bottles so we had to buy from the restaurant.

Good place to stay but too far from town. Hotel van transportation service was barely available due to staffing shortage. Hotel should collaborate with their local ride share service.

朝食が豪華なリゾート施設
朝食が豪華。エコ(スタンダード)ルームはそれなりに狭いが、最低限は揃っており困る事はあまりない。2人連続でシャワーを使ってもお湯がきちんと出る。敷地内に土産物屋、コンビニ、カフェ、食堂(朝食会場とは別)がある。ただし、17時前に全て閉まる。 部屋の湿度が高くエアコンのドライ設定をオンにして一晩過ごしても湿気を感じる。英語が通じるスタッフが限定的。敷地内の道路は、おそらく意図的に小川を横断させているため、徒歩の移動が困難。移動は時間にゆとりを持って計画する必要がある。

A peaceful resort in the Lao mountains
We spent 2 nights at the resort in mid-December 2018. We had a stand-alone bungalow not far from the main reception building, a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room had a good split air-con unit (not really needed in December), a decent bathroom and strong Wi-Fi coverage. The shower tap was a little fiddly, it was hard to get the right temperature. The resort itself is far from any major centres. It’s perfect if you are after a peaceful escape, with plenty of nice nature walks along the hills and nearby river. Maybe not so perfect if you like plenty of shopping and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and a small gym on-site, as well as a massage centre (additional charge). There are small water channels spread tastefully throughout the resort, making it a pleasant to stroll around. There is an activity centre some 5 minutes’ drive away (shuttle provided by the resort) where you can do activities such as hiking, zip-lining and more (pay per activity). Breakfast (included) is provided near the swimming pool and main reception area. There is a buffet available, and some cooked-to-order dishes which are quite tasty. Lunch and dinner are also available at the same restaurant (additional charge). Transport to the resort from the airport or from Muang Xai (the nearest town) is about 30 minutes and costs around 40 USD. A tuk-tuk might cost you less but will take longer. Overall we had a pleasant stay and hope to return there again one day.

Endroit paradisiaque, le service offert par l'hôtel dépasse les attentes. La spécificité de l'endroit en fait un incontournable: une forêt de 6000 hectares protégée où les possibilités d'activités écotoutristiques sont tout aussi nombreuses que variées. Le personnel est acceuillant et passionné par le domaine. Un endroit tout recommandé pour un séjour de qualité.

Desværre havde vi kun 2 overnatninger på dette dejlige resort Meget rent Fabelagtig beliggenhed Hurtig check ind & ud God transport til og fra resortet. Personlig velkomst, flink og afslappet manager. God restaurant Swimmingpool godt beliggende og pænt stor. Internet fungerer ( ikke for hurtigt ) Cykler til fri afbenyttelse på vores sidste dag Området bør ses vi kommer ihvertfald gerne tilbage

Si vous aimez l’ambiance Resort
Pour les amoureux de l’ambiance Resort, l’hôtel parfait. La rivière qui coule au bord des chambres est magnifique, l’ambiance superbe. Seul bemol, le repas du soir, vraiment très decevant : pas donné et quelconque. Très bon accueil, personnel au petit soin, dommage que la cascade ne soit accessible que par des treks payant.

Bonjour et merci de votre commentaire. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour satisfaire nos clients et votre appreciation nous touche beaucoup. Nous allons modifier les menus (pas seulement ceux du soir) pour les faire correspondrent au standard de l'hotel. Pour la cascade, je comprend bien votre friustration et je tiens juste a vous expliquer que les sommes percues (je parle seulement de l'activite cascade) sont reversees au profit de l'association FACET en charge de la protection de notre parc de 6000 Hectares. Prima resort in open natuur
Fantastisch gelegen resort met uitstekende bungalows en prima voorzieningen. Alle bungalows liggen aan een klein riviertje aan de rand van de jungle. ruime privacy. Daarnaast uitstekende outdoormogelijkheden.
