I treated myself to this place. My room was very nicely furnished. The resort is excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at reception and in the dining room were excellent. It was a nice surprise at poolside to see the hot air balloons take to the air on the other side of the river.

It rained during our stay and this was the perfect place to be. We enjoyed a lazy day sitting on our balcony watching the clouds dance around the mountains in between the rain showers. We ate all our meals at the on-site restaurant (which we normally wouldn’t do) and really enjoyed trying all the different Lao dishes they prepared. This must be the best place to stay in Vang Vieng.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Riverside Boutique hotel and we had a great time. We were well looked after, the facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful. Food was first class at all meals.

This is one of the most beautiful locations - the views are stunning! The rooms are comfortable and the staff is excellent. The food was a little bland but breakfast was excellent. A must stay!

Riverside Boutique Hotel was such a lovely experience from the riverside views to delicious Laos food. The staff were extremely helpful and catered to all our needs. It is also the best mango sticky rice I have ever eaten. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
