"Bed was very comfy and the room was clean However; 2nd floor facing the street and even in winter there were people outside shouting to each other late at night. Fire station 2 doors down, though I only heard sirens twice in my 3 night stay and never too late/early or in the middle of night Biggest issue was the bathroom. It was TINY, the photos were a poor representation of reality and if I had a longer stay I would have asked to move. The shower head angle was not adjustable and it was impossible to not soak the bathroom - partly through the jets spraying outside the cubicle but also a broken seal in the door hinge. Shower is very powerful though. Lots of renovation going on so mattresses piled up everywhere, and general mess in the corridors. Staff were helpful and friendly - and maybe I just got bad luck with the room - but I would not stay here again. "

"The location of this Hotel is perfectly center for a whole bunch of activities. Le centre Bell, Shopping Saint Catherine Street, underground tunnel, restaurant and La gare central the train station. "

"What an amazing stay in the heart of downtown, great spacious suite with ample space met all my travel needs. The breakfast daily was great as well, I will suggest more meat options like bacon, otherwise, had lots of protein options as well. This hotel is close to the best of what Montreal has to offer. Get a transit pass for however long you’ll be there! Super excited I decided to not pay close attention to some of the not so great reviews. Lovely stay!!!"

"There was not much water in the waterslide. My 12 year old son had to push his way down it. When I notified security at the pool, he did not look into the situation. My son said the water was gross and that he could see rust on the slide. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The batteries in the remote went. I called the front desk. We waited a long time, so went to the front desk and asked again. Waited some more and were given batteries that were dead. Finally we received new batteries but had an early flight to catch so we went to bed."

"My stay at Saint-Laurent was perfect, it was close to the Metro and bus lines. From the airport, the bus took me straight to the hotel and it was easy to get to. Perfect for extended stays because there is a full service kitchen and living room as well. Very clean and the staff was very kind. No issues to be reported. Would love to stay again! No breakfast is offered because of the full service kitchen in the room. They also have free laundry offered"
