"Was able to check in early which was greatly appreciated after travelling overnight! Room and hallways were too warm and window in the bedroom did not open :( 1 bedroom suite was a good size, very comfortable."

"The accommodations were good. No facecloths were left in the room. Kitchen facilities were great. The blind in the bedroom did not have a pull string to close the blind. The carpet in the living room area was very dirty. The staff when checking in was not customer service friendly. The staff when checking out was great with customer service. Parking when we arrived was not the best.The parking lot a block from the hotel was full.Ended up parking in the college parking lot which charged us double when we exited . This is not any fault of the Cove Hotel "
