The seniora doing the night shift was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to help us. Property a bit dated but very convenient and easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Having an EV charger was also a plus for us.

Great Location for Old Town
We stayed three nights. Centrally located for short walk to old ton, restaurants and bars. Rooms are small but you are out all day so they are fine for sleeping. Parking with an SUV is tight but they help keep a big oatk for us, excellent. Staff are very nice. We found it a good place to stay and the price reflects the Hotel.

Goo value for the money.
We arrived 2 hours before check-in time but it was not a problem because the room was ready. Hotel very close to the city centre. Nice breakfast.

I came here with my boyfriend for a 5 day trip, we had a lovely time. Oviedo is a beautiful city and this hotel gave us what we needed - a place to stay that was close to the centre. It's an attractive building but quite basic in the rooms, the breakfast was good enough and the staff were friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a simple but nice and relatively central hotel. I would say, though, that the main bedspread provided was much like a curtain and not good to sleep on, there were no duvets but we did have blankets to keep out the cold.

Okay hotel but misleading information
This hotel was okay for the money, however the description for a single room on Hotels.com was incorrect. It said Double Bed but it was a single and it had what was described as a 'deep soak bath', the bathtub was less then 1m in length so was effectively an elongated shower tray. I don't know what a 'deep soak bath' is but I am pretty sure that I didn't have one in my room. I raised this with Hotels.com who have said that it will be addressed but worth checking if you are booking a single room.

Quiero destacar por encima de todo,la amabilidad del personal,sobre todo de Lucía y Rafael.Tuvimos algún contratiempo y ellos hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarnos.En cuanto al hotel,las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas.Lo recomiendo 100×100.

Hotel perfecto para un fin de semana
El hotel es perfecto para un fin de semana, muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Los recepcionistas muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta, a cinco minutos de la Catedral. Sin duda volveremos a reservar este hotel.

Tal y como les comenté en mi llamada telefónica, la habitación del hotel daba al patio donde estaban los compresores del aire, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no pudimos descansar.

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la catedral, y una zona silenciosa. La habitación muy limpia. Lo único que en Semana Santa nos pareció cara la habitación para tres adultos, y la tercera cama era una supletoria.

Estuvimos una única noche y lo único destacable del hotel es que la ubicación no está tan mal, la mayoría de zonas turísticas están a unos 10 minutos caminando, eso sí, empezando por una subida considerable. Al recibirnos, el recepcionista era bastante lento y tuvimos que esperar, además de tener problemas con la reserva. Siguiendo con el servicio, tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta que abre la habitación y tuvimos que bajar a recepción en dos ocasiones en las que lo único que hacían era recargarla, sin molestarse si quiera en ir a comprobar qué pasaba. Además, cuando nos fuimos, se encontraban una persona de la limpieza discutiendo con el recepcionista en plena recepción, que está en toda la puerta del hotel. Respecto a las habitaciones, entiendo que es de los hoteles más baratos de la zona, pero tampoco con tanta diferencia como para las camas incómodas (sobre todo la supletoria, la cual cuesta más de 25€ por noche). Además, la insonorización se refiere a las ventanas que dan a la calle, ya que, respecto al pasillo, puedes escuchar a cada huésped del hotel que pase. No puedo opinar acerca del restaurante porque no solicitamos ese servicio pero el que sí queríamos contratar era el aparcamiento, pero estaba completo, por lo que no confiéis en aparcar allí, el recepcionista os mandará a aparcar a una calle algo alejada o a un supermercado con parking de pago, ya que esa zona no cuenta con apenas aparcamiento. Llego al límite de caracteres pero, en resumen, no lo recomiendo.

Nos costó mucho encontrar alojamiento en Oviedo y está muy cerca del centro. La atención buena. Lo único, me pareció caro coger dos cafés para tomar en la habitación el último día, pero por lo general, fue una buena estancia.

Estuve alojado del 17 al 22 de Agosto de 2021. La orimera noche nos dieron la terrible habitacion 406, con el A.A roto, y al abrir las ventanas todo lleno de mosquitos, vamos una noche de pesadilla. Reclame por la mañana y por suerte me cambiaron la habitacion, esta vez perfecta en relacion calidad/precio de la misma.El aparcamiento es un poco estrecho aunque debo decir que tuve suerte y me toco una plaza bastante ancha. El desayuno estuvo bastantetante bien, aunque por el tema Covid no era buffet libre pero muy completo y se podia repetir. Aqui no puedo dejar de agradecer a Tere el trato que nos dispenso y su buen hacer, se nota que es una profesional de su oficio, enhorabuena. Otra nota a destacar su ubicacion, a 600 metros del centro de Oviedo, perfecto para dejar el coche y visitarla andando

Habiamos abonado una habitación triple para 3 adultos y nos dieron una duplex con 2 camas individuales y una supletoria con una espuma. Tras hablar con recepción nos indican que el hotel no dispone de habitaciones triplex y nos ponen un colchón (algo más cómodo) en la supletoria. Para todo el hotel, solo hay un dosificador de gel hidroalcoholico en la recepción.
