"We stayed on site again for two nights. It is one of our favorite hotels in Rochester. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast in the morning is good and hot. We had a minor inconvenience when our key cards were programmed for only one night and when we returned the next night, we could not get into our room, but it was quickly and easily fixed and everything was fine."
