Kathryn the manager gave us great advice on what to do in and near town, and all the staff were outstanding. Love the fireplace and happy hour drinks and snacks in the lobby. Within a block are many shops and restaurants and the wonderful Magpie coffee shop."

"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"
