"The floor was sticky in places and the shower ran over into the floor had to use towels each time to build a dam up to prevent the water from flowing over. Things out if their control, they were doing heavy construction on street level was very loud. I work nights so very disturbing. The walls are thin. It’s a motel people make noise in parking lots. "

"We've stayed here multiple times. This hotel is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood blocks from quality coffee shops and restaurants and just a few blocks up from Asilomar State Beach. No frills, but clean, quiet, laminate floors and dog friendly. There is also a gas fireplace in the room which we enjoy. We've stayed in most of the hotels in this little neighborhood and Deer Haven is one of our preferred."

"This very sweet motel is smack dab in the middle of Carmel Valley close to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It is extremely convenient, safe, and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to try to make your stay as wonderful as possible.
