The hotel was very conveniently located with parking right outside our door. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful with towering trees and colorful flowers. I would definitely recommend Butterfly Grove Inn.

Staff was great, super accommodating very friendly. We needed to book an extra night that we didn’t plan for and they made it easy. It’s an older place built in the 60s very well maintained property with super comfortable beds and they seem to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Thank you we would definitely stay with you again. Also, very great location five minutes away for everything that you want to do.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights at Butterfly Grove Inn very much and plan on staying there again in the future. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even loaned us computer charger both nights. The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable; and the bed was firm yet had the right amount of softness like my own bed at home. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Good bed, good pillows, water in the shower was hot, pretty grounds and a trail behind the property. Clean room, Friendly staff , great location, nice ceiling fan. We will be back for sure. Just one suggestion, a small portable fan in the room would be great 😊

This property is nestled in Pacific Grove right next to the monarch butterfly sanctuary. The place itself is somewhat outdated. However, it’s a great place to bring your kids and your pets.. For improvement, I would recommend that management ensures that the rooms are well stacked with clean towels. I found that only two sets of towels were in my view in adequate. And that to make sure that all the functions are working within the room. Our fireplace was not working at all except for the fan. But I do say on the plus side it was a very quiet neighborhood. My granddaughter loved the pool and the hot tub. And it was central to lovers point Beach and to the Monterey Bay aquarium.

This Inn was such a find. We have stayed here a few times and each has been wonderful. It is easy to find and parking is fantastic. We love that it borders the Butterfly sanctuary and can just step from our door to the pathway. The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating.

Property is older but clean. We had two beds in the two story building and it was excellent! Room and bathroom were big and roomy. Beds were so comfortable, fridge and tv worked excellently. Walls are pretty thin, we could hear our neighbors cough and the upstairs occupants having a conversation and later vacuuming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was quiet and centralized to many attractions. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.
