"Staff was amazing. Room was historic as was the rest of the property. Only negative was lack of beverages ie. Vending machines were empty and there is no other location on property to buys beverages to have in your room. "

"The entire staff is amazing from the valet drivers, to the bellmen, and the front desk crew. They made the experience a great one. The attractions are within walking distance. The mall is connected to the hotel and the Hollywood walk of fame is just around the corner from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options. "

"I was lost when I finally got in and the staff helped me with my car and checking in. When my key stopped working they got me a new one and even held it while I went to the concert. It was a present experience "
