"wow ! ! this hotel is amazing ! clean , courteous! beautiful views on the canal !!! breakfast was great !!! we ended up staying an extra night bc our flight was canceled and they were very accommodating! also they helped with transportation and tours ! really close to walking everywhere! def will be back !"

"it's an old hotel. everything is old fashion while that's probably for all hotels in Venice. The location is good, right next to the Rialto bridge. however, it's so crowded day and night. so many boats stop and leave....so you can't really open the window for fresh air....The breakfast is minimum. one good thing is they do have American style shower with curtain!!!! thanks god. i don't understand why most of Europe hotels has only half glass in the bath. However, there are still no window screen, so bugs can come in your room. imaging in summer time."

"My friend and I had a ground floor room. I did experience some noise from the Reception when people arrived or departed. Our room was lovely. The choice at breakfast was excellent and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel."
