Couldn’t recommend more! I expected the room to be old and small as most in Venice but it was huge and very nice. Greatly exceeded our expectations and had so much charm. The location was perfect and everyone working was really nice and helpful. I would love to come back again!

Riccardo was incredibly friendly and kind! Check in was so easy, and the neighbourhood was perfect-away from all the hustle, but a short and beautiful 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. All restaurant recommendations they provided were fantastic. The room and balcony were above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing stay. The apartment was big and spotless, walking distance from St.Marcus square and vaporetto stop. Sara the host was wonderful, gave us tons of tips, which where extremely useful. Welcoming bottle of prosecco was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely reccommend and will definitely come back once in Venice again.

Very friendly and helpful host, really clean and comfortable rooms, overall an excellent place to stay. The bathroom was quite narrow so there's isn't loads of space, but it's still comfortable to use. There are also lots of restaurants and a Coop shop 1 minute away.

Super consigliata! Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Vicino a piazza San Marco ( ca. Una decina di minuti) e fermate vaporetto a 5 min. In zona numerosi ristoranti ed enoteche. Camere nuove e di gusto. Tutto perfetto 👌
