"The most deserved 10 out of 10 I have ever given. Everything, really everything, perfect: breakfast, facilities, room, garden, playground for kids and of course the staff. You can feel how much love and attention to details they put in the work. Well located to visit the surroundings with car and train. "Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nette und sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Leider war im Bad massiv Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche. Das wurde zwar - nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten - versucht zu entfernen, Reste blieben jedoch erhalten und durch die Reinigung stank das gesamte Zimmer anschließend sehr nach Chlor (was zu Atemproblemen führte, ich bin Asthmatikerin). Dennoch - der Versuch war da und das ist viel Wert. Daher: Service absolut super!"

"This is a really lovely traditional Venetian hotel . The staff on the desk were extremely helpful and friendly . Breakfast was great and the courtesy afternoon tea for guests was a treat . Really centrally located . We really enjoyed our stay here . Would definitely return to this hotel again . Thanks for a very warm welcome and making us feel at home x"

"The hotel is located close to the train station with regular and great value trains straight into Venice. Our room overlooked the train station but this did not affect our stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting swiftly with any requests. The room was clean and well presented with a useful small kitchen area. Only 2 niggles - the bed was very firm and the room door needed to slammed to ensure it was shut. A decent breakfast room but it would really benefit from a proper bar area and an outdoor seating area. Trying to get a cup of English breakfast tea seemed like Mission Impossible at local bars or coffee shops but the helpful reception staff understood our simple needs and seemed to have an endless free supply. Based on price, location, standards and the staff I would return and recommend Staycity."
