"The room was very clean and nicely designed; the decor was beautiful and had an authentic Hawaii feel that made the space feel even more open. Every interaction we had with the staff was wonderful—they were professional, courteous, and truly embodied the Spirit of Aloha. While we were tempted by the pool and hot tub visible from our balcony, we spent our time at the beach, which was a convenient 5-10 minute walk away. We also really appreciated the ease of the in-and-out self-parking."

"Where to begin. Overcharging for parking. Worst restaurants in wakikii. Cocunt club seving unateable food. Toilet did not work. Start by treating customers like they are important"

"Breakfast was really good. Couldn’t use the balcony can open the slang glass door to the balcony balcony, full of torn apart, air conditioner, dirt dust, ugly, dangerous. Staff was OK some nicer than others. The beach view. My daughter had her wedding in Hawaii and they gave her a handicap room with a broken side glass door said she could not go out on the balcony, which was true she could not even open the door. Had work going on. Sounded like a jackhammer all day. Terrible terrible. She ordered the deluxe room not a handicap room."

"Stayed for a week and honestly you get what you paid for , bed was comfortable , super close to the beach A+ on that area seems sketchy in the night but overall good stay for simple people and or couple"

"Staff was very friendly but the fact that you have to pay an arm and a leg for parking, almost more than the room wasn’t great. One elevator out of order sucked, leaving one. Could tell that the owners are just trying to collect their money."
