"The room that we got in the rainbow tower had a construction going on in front of the lanai so sometimes we cant even use it because of the work being done. Elevator is always busy and full. The water refill station by the pool is broken. The toilet had problem flushing because there was an attachment that broke. It would also be nice if there is a microwave available for guest. Pillows was not good. The lotion bottle was empty when we first came in to the room. There is hardly amenity kit in the bathroom. Good thing we have our own. The only good thing is that it is near the ocean and room was newly renovated."

"Mostly wonderful. The food at the restaurant- not worth it. One problem: as you exit to the beach, there is a very narrow and uncomfortable staircase of 2/3 steps down, very rough and uncomfortable. The rest was straightforward and comfortable. Local music at night was a very pleasant touch."

"Loved the location at the end of Waikiki Beach. It was less congested being at end of beach. Hotel was one blk from beach which was perfect. Room and facility were clean. Room was a little dated which is why I gave it a 4 instead of 5. Would stay there again"

"Easy check in. Each floor has its own laundry room & trash chute. Housekeeping was nice and offered more towels on our first day. Very tidy & had the corner room so it was a mix of both ocean & city."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating very friendly. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. We encountered 2 roaches . One on our floor outside of elevator and one in our bathroom. Although they do have a warning sign in our room it would be great to know beforehand. We’ve stayed at the hotel next door last vacation and they didn’t have any of these sightings."
