"Well on my trip I had a nice time., I would like to recognize a few individuals who took care of my needs Mr. Raul, Mrs. Angeline, Mrs. Liezeul, and the bell hop gentlemen Mr. Borgan. When I first arrived Raul greeted me with a smile and he noticed my credit card was spilt at the end. He so kindly directed me into Dominos to use the Atm and found me a room with a beautiful balony in room 236 Week of Sept 9-11. Angeline was oh so kind to remind me to sign for my $5 credit from the hotel and she helped in some many other ways. On my floor Mrs. Lieze had my room terrific by the room being clean and beautiful. Lastly Mr. Borgan assisted with tracking down my VIP Service since they were extremely late picking me up to head t the hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! The views were beautiful, and the location was fantastic—everything we wanted to do in Waikiki was within walking distance. Our lower-floor oceanfront room made getting around easy, with very little elevator waiting. The pools were a highlight, and the waterslide was so much fun! Our reserved chaise lounge at the Edge pool was worth it: close to the water, plenty of shade, and great service. We watched turtles swimming around while in the infinity pool. HinaHina was great for both breakfast and lunch. We also loved the market for snacks, drinks, and Spam musubi—it was open early until late. Fresh towels and housekeeping were readily available, and the water and ice stations on each floor were convenient. Netflix and HBO in the room were a nice bonus. The ability to do laundry at the hotel once during our stay was also helpful. We ended up rescheduling our beach-chair reservation because of wind, but it ended up being more practical to have a separate pool day anyways. Plenty of chairs available even if you do not pay for reserve. We felt very safe with our items or having my nephew play at the kid’s pool while we were at the adult pool. Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, fun pools, and an excellent location. We would happily return!"

"The location is excellent for the price relative to nearby high end hotels. It’s an easy walk to the beach, International Market Place and the Royal Hawaiian Center. For those who can walk farther, Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Honolulu Zoo are also reachable on foot. Bus stops are close by for those using the city bus system. The front desk staff are accommodating and helpful. Due to an impending hurricane which forced our plans to change, the front desk staff helped us to extend our stay in our room for several more days and the transition was seamless. We arrived at Aqua Aloha Surf before 2 pm and our room was ready so we were able to check in without having to return at 3 pm to check in. The later checkout at 12 pm is also helpful relative to the standard checkout time of 11 am. The room size is spacious and the mini kitchenette and sofa makes it comfortable to roam around in the room. The room in general is in good condition but the shower and toilet area show signs of wear and tear. There is peeling paint and the door to the shower and toilet cannot lock. It was fine for us who are a family who respects closed doors but may not work so well for roommates who aren’t as confident about others respecting their privacy. All in all, Aqua Aloha Surf provides good value and we enjoyed our stay."
