"Liked this stay for the location and amenities. Staff are accessible, friendly and helpful. Parking was sort of a hassle as the valet lot was full; had to find street parking or park in the lot across the street by zoo. That lot is paid (up to 4 hrs), then you’re supposed to be able to add additional hrs remotely via text; however, I never received a text so my ticket ended up lapsing. I had to physically get a new ticket 3x. The elevators are small as well so during peak times the wait can be a bit long. If valet were available, I wouldn’t mind staying again."

"It was a nice hotel walking distance to the beach. They also held our bags since our flight wasn’t until later and let us borrow a towel for the beach after our check out. There’s not breakfast and only one coffee machine for the hotel. Overall a good basic hotel if you want to be close to the beach."

"One of the best experiences in hotel lodging I’ve been able to enjoy. Finer than hotels in Europe, with service unmatched in any island or beach destination. Definitely will be back.
