"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return. "

"A fantastic stay at Royal Palm Resort & Spa. The resort is vast and exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could need available on site. The direct access to the beautiful beach is a real highlight and offers a lovely stroll along the coast towards the lighthouse.
We booked the private spa for a three-hour session, which was absolutely amazing and well worth it. The member of staff at reception who looked after us provided outstanding service and made it feel genuinely special. Highly...

"The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade.
However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message.
