"Good hotel for ski, a little bit far away from the city. Food is nice and the hotel will do good with a good revamp. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are really friendly and helpful, on the last day the hotel/airport transfer almost made us mis our flight, but it turned out ok in the end"

"Super clean and nice hotel 5 min walk from MNG Shopping Center. Lot of high quality cafe and restaurants nearby. Only let down is the breakfast. I recommend this hotel to visitors of Erzurum. "

"This is in a very old and low maintenaned area. The Hotel was not maintained well but it was clean. Do not rent hotels from Expedia since It cannot change booking while the property could do it without them in middle. Expedia support is a joke."

"Within easy walking distance of the train station, castle and old town. Very friendly staff who spoke English. We went to the restaurant for dinner. Great service and food. Breakfast was incredible... for a start 13 different types of cheeses!! Room very clean and large. "
