About 25 minute walk to Demang LRT station. Nothing to see or do nearby. A little bit loud with the street noise and music playing in the hallways night and day. Decent swimming pool. Great choices at big breakfast buffet.

Flight arrived early, I was lucky the staff allowed early check-in, but got me smoking room instead of non-smoking as requested... But that's OK with me... Room was spacious, look similar to pictures... Breakfast choices was quite limited, not many dishes... Already thinking of returning even before checkout....

bad experience this time booking with Expedia since the booking was done for Superior room but ended up with Standard room. I had to pay extra money for upgrading it to Superior room. Why this incident happened!!!!!!!!!

I love that you get 2 pillows per person, or 4 pillows per room, not to mention the 2 small pink pillows, so for you who needs a body pillow (guling) to sleep, you will be happy. The shower towels had a strong bad smell, all of them, and they were not clean white and fluffy, but rather worn out, dark stains, and with strong unpleasant odor (kaya bau apek tapi bukan). However I knew they've been laundry because they were no hair or dirt. Breakfast was good, had more than enough options for their price point. The room air condition was strong and easy to control. The room design was modern, you can tell it is one of the newer Hotel. The rooms look clean with minimalist furniture. The shower was also clean and minimalist with strong water flow and no odor, good job Favehotel. The built-in hairdryer was very handy. Drinking water, coffee, tea, mugs and water cooker was provided free. The pay minibar snack served peanuts, chips, and chocolate with good prices. In room dining was also available, just do not expect gourmet or street flavors. 24 Hours staff support. At one night, maybe around 10 pm, my daughter vomit on the bed, to my surprise they had staff to change the bed sheets in 15 minutes, WOW!!. Great job Favehotel. At the price they offer, which is a good deal, you want to stay here again, who doesn't like a good deal, however, if Favehotel replace their towels to new clean whites towels with no odor, then it would be my number 1 choice in Palembang.

シャワールーム内が生乾きの洗濯物の臭いが漂っていた。 臭いの元は、バスタオルでした。 インドネシア人は気づかない（雨季中は殆どのインドネシア人が発している臭い）が海外からの旅行者には、かなり鼻につく臭いです。

Most staff are very nice, even chef at egg station give you nice smile for starting your day. But at spa staff really quite no manner, siting at gym with Charing phone, watch MV with speaker on, talk on the phone and another stafff loudly like fresh market. Please assist to do training them on service mind/ take the ownerships.

This hotel is without doubt one of the dirtiest establishments one could stay at. The first room I was checked into was a suite that literally had faeces on the toilet and on the walls, when I point this out lwas given a separate room however I could not sleep there due to the noise of a drunken Hotel guest in the room above me. Despite complaining 4 times to the front desk and security nothing was done they only offered me the option to going back to the room that I moved out of which I had no other option but to do and they confirmed that the room was "cleaned". Shortly after this I consumed something in the restaurant on the ground floor and subsequently acquired very severe food poisoning. Subsequently 4 days later I am still on antibiotics and have diarrhoea as a result of food consumed in the hotel restaurant. Management then said that as compensation they would let me stay 8 hours to my flight of departure of the next day free of charge they change their mind back and forth a total of 3 times finally denouncing their compensation and then accusing me of lying about said food poisoning. I advise anyone whom is considering in staying at this establishment to stay far away it is simply not worth the risk of getting ill or coming into contact with their poor standards of hospitality.

pleasant hotel and widespread of buffet breakfast

staff are very friendly and helpful, room is really clean despite not having hairdryer. the only downside is the wall is pretty thin so you are able to hear what happen on the room next door
