Good check-in with a nearby parking garage. The air conditioner and wi-fi worked well and we had a TV. The early breakfast time worked well with our schedule.

First time in my traveller life in which I've paid for a tea an a coffee with the coffee machine in room (usually for free). Nothing special and surely overrated. Low grade cleanliness.

Good evening Mr Eduardo, I'm sorry but in our rooms coffee machines and tea kettles are extra services like minibar..and we inform our guests about prices that are exposed in the room. I'm sorry if for you is strange..but we inform our guests for everything.. Thank you the same..

Nice hotel next to a hospital
Hotel very nice, but not in a pleasing area. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. We were not too keen on the breakfast, but we are not great fans of continental breakfasts anyway. The hotel was sometimes quite noisy with conversations & tv noise carrying through the walls, plus the extra bonus of regular ambulance sirens.

Thanks for your review, we are trying to improve the aspects to which you have given us notice some little mistake, such as breakfast; Now we have also implemented a small savory breakfast consisting of bread, cold cuts and cheeses. For the sirens of ambulances unfortunately we can not do much ... sorry

Comoda, camera spaziosa. Disponibile Servizio navetta aereoporto su richiesta, efficiente e puntuale. Colazione buona sui dolci ma purtroppo poca presenza di prodotti salati. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

Non adatto al turismo perché posto accanto all' ospedale. La biancheria oltre ad essere sporca è bucata, in generale la pulizia lascia a desiderare

Je reviendrai si je retourne a Palerme
OK le lit des single est un.peu juste mais le matelas permet de récupérer la fatigue du marathon touristique. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Palerme dans tous les chances à pied. Hormis Monreale bien sûr tout est a 10 ou 15mn a pied sans courir, le.plus long 25mn. L equipe est super sympa sans etre servile, à l ecoute pour donner les conseils de deplacement (monreale par ex). Petit déjeuner au choix (pas de buffet pas de gaspi) mais tres largement copieux ppir tenir jusqu'au soir.

Petit hôtel rénové avec gout, propre et accueil sympa, je recommande, peut être un petit bémol sur la localisation ( quartier) ce qui n'enlève rien du charme de l'établissement

Il soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose e pulite e tranquille. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito suggerimenti utili sui locali dove poter pranzare e cenare e sui luoghi da visitare. Inoltre l'hotel è in una posizione strategica per poter visitare il centro di Palermo a piedi; la stazione centrale si raggiunge in soli 10 minuti.

superbe, design et bien situé , j'adore
Bien situé dans Palerme, demandez a l'accueil linfo sur le bus orange qui est gratuit et permet de faire le tour touristique (pratique quand il pleut ou pour repérer les lieux), évitez les petites ruew restez sur les grands axes, car ca peut être tres bof
