Great Service But Has Seen Better Days
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Palmdale was for Business. I wanted to be located somewhere close to amenities such as restaurants and shopping, because many of the other hotels in the AV have you feeling like you're the only person around. That's not desirable for a woman traveling alone. I was up on the fourth floor, and immediately noticed a gross odor in the hallways, sort of mildew or unclean air filters in the ventilation? Not sure. The wallpaper on the hallways was peeling, and the carpet in the hall was dirty. My room itself was clean and well stocked with towels and pillows, however the "wood" furniture has definitely seen better days. The laminate is warped and peeling, and there are many water marks remaining from previous drinks sitting for too long. This property needs to be updated.

The property was clean and had multiple parking spots. The toilet in the room had delayed flushing time but turned out to be ok. I notified the front desk. The staff were friendly and courteous. I was only there for one night and it served the purpose. The location is ideal for shopping, dining, and entertaining if you enjoy going to the movies which is a few feet away from the hotel. The fwy is close by too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed the Hilton Garden Inn Palmdale immensely. I wanted to stay somewhere that felt safe, was centrally located, and had a good reputation. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. Though I had a neighbor turn their TV on extremely loud at about 2am, I heard knocking and it was addressed by staff quickly (someone must have called the front desk). Once addressed, the volume was turned down to a more reasonable volume and I appreciate this.

Our room air condition was out of order. It was 78 degrees in the room, it was hot. our choice was to move to other room after we all settled. Also, room cleaning was every other day.

Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were here for a wedding and the location was perfect for the night before to eat at different restaurants. The room was clean. My only complaint is that the pillows were so flat and could not be fluffed.

I wasn't impressed for being the Hilton it was awful. Big water bugs and the pool had water bugs in it. No jets in the hot tub the card key has to keep trying to get in the building. All together I was Extremely disappointed for a Hilton experience.

Pool was super dirty. And the next day you would think they'd have it cleaned but it was even worse. So we didn't bother going in again, unfortunately. I also slipped and fell in the shower. The mat that's supposed to be on the tub floor was hanging in which I didn't see, and the minute I put my food in I slipped. Breakfast was good, had good options. Staff was very friendly, and hotel is very close to plenty of restaurants and to the mall. The room was just okay, nothing too fancy. I was really just there for the pool so the kids could enjoy, but it was just too dirty, it had cockroaches and eyelashes,hair and you could see grime. Would I go back?, no.

I regularly use this facility for out-of-town business consultants, as it's at the mall and has a variety of options for dining and entertainment. This is a clean and well maintained facility, and Hilton brand locations are standard for this.

A lot of old finishes. Wall paper pealing off very noticeable and everywhere. Lots of holes in the hallway ceiling for some type of repair but not patched properly just placed plastic covers on them. Smells a bit damp. Aside from looks and smell its is a good location for shopping, dining and entertainment

It was amazing. Very quiet.Very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was yummy. I was there for a fantastic wedding.Loved the free coffee in the lobby, you don't see this often in hotels anymore. Great job Hilton!
