"My family and I arrived in the French Quarter hours after arriving in Galveston off of a two week cruise- point is, we had NO clue about all the celebrations of Carnival until AFTER we arrived. Fortunately, Jessica A. of the guest services was beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay. "
