"The hotel is very well kept despite it is not a nee propertu. Rooms are very spacy and well equiped. Food and wines at the restaurants of good quality. Perhaps more umbrellas at the pool area would be nice, since natural shadows are scant."

"My stay at this resort was amazing. The staff awesome, really took care of all our needs. Plenty of things to do once we got there. Food was tasty and no real probably with availability. Would recommend this place especially if you are trying to relax. "

"Overall, U get what u pay for. I was very dissatisfied with the bed. The bed was SPRING! and felt completely worn out. My check out process was horrible we waited 1 hour for the bell boy to get our luggage and we still got charged late check out fee! Which was unacceptable despite it not being our fault! We went with our children, the television worked only when it wanted to,as it buffered so much!"

"Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cabo. We went with a group of 13 family members including 3 kids and everyone had a blast. The property was spotless, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Special shout out to Alexander at the Indian restaurant, our chef Jose at the Japanese Tepan restaurant, Geovanny from the main pool bar, Ramón from the kids pool bar, Jair from the breakfast buffet, Antonio from the lobby bar, Cali from the kids club, and Raul from entertainment. They really made our stay special. "

"Great properyy, plenty of available pool chairs at least our week (early April). Had activities each day like pool games, bingo, blackjack, volleyball, etc. Kids things as well. We had a 1 bedroom that was nice with balcony. Food and drinks were good. Great fitness center. Things to improve - room cleaning came at different times, which did interrupt us a returning to room a couple times in one week stay. Property is big which is good but you’llget your steps in. "

"Staff was great, property was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the infinity pools and the movie on the beach was lovely. The room was a great size and we appreciated having a separate space from the kids to decompress. Two outdoor patios attached to our suite were great for meals and drying swim clothes. lol.
