"My stay at this resort was amazing. The staff awesome, really took care of all our needs. Plenty of things to do once we got there. Food was tasty and no real probably with availability. Would recommend this place especially if you are trying to relax. "

"Overall, U get what u pay for. I was very dissatisfied with the bed. The bed was SPRING! and felt completely worn out. My check out process was horrible we waited 1 hour for the bell boy to get our luggage and we still got charged late check out fee! Which was unacceptable despite it not being our fault! We went with our children, the television worked only when it wanted to,as it buffered so much!"

"We've been coming in for several years and it never disappoints. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful. They have several restaurants to choose from and food is available throughout the day. They have bars throughout the property and after a day or two, you'll figure out the schedule and get on a route. The property is right across the street from the marina if you want to do the touristy stuff."

"-No night life -Food was pretty much the same in all restaurants, breakfast was the safest thing -Over half our groups got sick - food poisoning or viral -Had friends miss a boating trip due to food poisoning, let them know ahead of time, they would not refun without a doctors note, saw doc in hotel and got charged $200 for visit and then refunded money - racket!"

"Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cabo. We went with a group of 13 family members including 3 kids and everyone had a blast. The property was spotless, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Special shout out to Alexander at the Indian restaurant, our chef Jose at the Japanese Tepan restaurant, Geovanny from the main pool bar, Ramón from the kids pool bar, Jair from the breakfast buffet, Antonio from the lobby bar, Cali from the kids club, and Raul from entertainment. They really made our stay special. "

"Overall the property was average, the staff are amazing. Kind and attentive. The property definitely needs an upgrade including the pools. The food at the buffet was amazing. However, the speciality restaurants did not have the best food. I became ill for 2 days. Which is a first as I've travelled to Mexico many times. For our stay we wished that we had more options other than the buffet. For lunch we had Pepe's and had some delicious tacos! I tried the spa and the amenities were great. I'd give this resort 3/5. "
