"Here’s a polished version of your review: Won’t be returning to Riu Santa Fe. The resort was dirty, understaffed, and poorly maintained. The sports bar was especially disappointing — it was unclean, and the food was never good. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I am hoping for a partial refund due to the poor service and conditions."

"Everything about this place was amazing. The rooms were nice, the food everywhere was incredible and the service was top notch. We spent a couple days at the pool by Pizzeto and were served by the most incredible person, Sergio Garza. I would go back just to be served by this man, he made sure you had the best time and best service. Highly recommend."

"Very disappointed in our stay. No hot water in our suite showers on 2 occasions. We encountered 2 Broken elevators at the property. Our first room 2022 in the older part of the resort had a broken Hot tub. Paint bubbling and peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Heavily Stained towels. In need of several repairs. Our next room We tried several dishes from room service they were all mediocre to not good. We found an open “staple “ yes staple in our carrot cake. "

"Stay was okay elevator was broken , food was fair have had better , didn't like that a bed was up by a window people would walk by and was quiet noisy. Was pretty dated in Decor . Couch folded into a bed it was pretty well used and dirty with some sort of stains and not very comfortable."
