"From checkin till check out we had a marvelous experience. Suprise bday cake during dinner for my husband was unexpected. But they made sure we had a pretty good time. Excellent service at the restaurants and bars. Poolside was awesome. Highly recommended for families and friends. Can never go wrong with all inclusive. We will definitely return. "I had a fantastic stay at this resort—and I almost never leave reviews! We chose this hotel to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond. They surprised us by delivering a cake with a sparkler to our room and even sang happy birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! A special shoutout to the amazing room service team: Antony, Federico, and Sergio—thank you for making our stay so memorable! On our second-to-last day, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Agua Marina. The views were absolutely stunning, and our waiter, Rafael, was incredibly friendly. We had a great conversation with him about different cities in Mexico, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the spa. We were initially interested, but the prices felt a bit steep. That said, while we were relaxing by the pool, the spa team came around and offered complimentary 5-minute massages—and they were amazing!"

"We liked that it was a little smaller and you got to know other people. There were a lot of choices for food options and great servers and bartenders, all staff was courteous and helpful. We were a group of 5 62 yr old women and we had a wonderful time it was fun and enough activities if we wanted to do something and quiet places if we wanted that. We all said that we slept well and were VERY HAPPY WE CHOSE DECAMERON"
