"We got the reserve upgrade and had our own concierge. They were extremely accommodating. My partner wanted watermelon margaritas, and they went out out of the way to make them for her. The reserve pool was nice and quiet, while the larger pool had a lot of activities and a swim up bar. Left the phones in the room and had a great time relaxing, and being present for each other."
