I had multiple emails back and forth with Angelica arranging transportation to and from the airport and requesting a specific room. The locations is too far from medano beach and Cabo activities, but if you’re interested in staying on resort by the pool this is perfect. The one big downside is the pool chair situation. Chairs were full by 6am. Cabanas are first come first serve and to have to wake up early on vacation and save chairs is absolutely absurd. "It was our first time visiting Cabo and this resort did not disppointed. I visited with my husband another couple who are very dear to us. We requested to stay in thesame floor building but resort management even upgraded our rooms so we can stay next to each other. The resort is very well-maintained and the service is also great! We are all pretty pleased given that it's an all-inclusive resort and yet we received 4-5star service! Would definitely come back and recommend to people!"
