"As Expedia VIPs, we were upgraded to a huge suite (Rm 1715) and received a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and a $25 spa credit. Our concierge, Elan was great and we received excellent service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the resort was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the food, the entertainment, and the location (literally built into the mountainside). We saw tons of whale and even a sea lion swimming along the shoreline. "

We were fortunate enough to attend both the Mexican fiesta and the beach party- had a fantastic time. The entertainment staff go above and beyond. I can’t remember all their names but Roberto, Leylani, Sarah, Rodrigo-all so friendly. Waiters at the pool were outstanding. We can’t wait to come back!!"
