"I absolutely loved this resort. As someone who isn’t a big partier, I really appreciated the nightly entertainment and lack of clubs—it made for a fun but relaxing atmosphere. This location is close to many hot spots such as clubs downtown and riu SANTA FE. There are four different pools, and I never had trouble finding a lounger, which was a huge plus. Some pools are quieter than others, so it’s easy to pick the vibe you want. The food was phenomenal with lots of variety, and every restaurant we tried was delicious. The beach access is amazing—I spent most of my time there, and the servers were great at bringing drinks right to us. The staff overall were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, especially Aldo at breakfast. The resort was very clean, and the views are stunning. You can see the famous arch and rock formations from the pools and beach, and we even spotted whales a few times. If you prefer a quieter stay, I’d suggest avoiding spring break due to late-night noise. They have photographers who walk around offering professional photos for great memories (Neid) was awesome. The local vendors are super sweet. This location is also just a beach walk away from the marina which was nice. If you are a beach walker this location is great for you! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!"

"Everything and everybody at the resort were incredible. The staff went out of their way to help. In our 10 day stay, the only complaint would be the music at the Lyric pool. Some hours were great then inexplicably 45 minutes of Metallica at1015 in the morning including the same song three times. Appropriate beach party rock/hip hop salsa etc music would lift the vibe for an hour then all a sudden 30 minutes of mellow sad songs in the middle of the afternoon with pool full of kids and families, Saturday at 3 o’clock a song with 50+ unfiltered F-bombs at a pool full of kids. So weird for the only to be a complaint at a music themed hotel would be the pool music. Other than that, resort, entertainment at night and people were absolutely amazing. "

"Everything was great until these “spring break idiots” were trying to act tough with other same age people running up & down stairs hitting doors yelling violently threatening each other to come out & fight. Called front desk TWICE to send security before someone got hurt but NEVER saw security show up AT ALL. This place would’ve gotten an 9.5 out of 10 if it wasn’t for that incident. Really ruined my mood & killed the great vibes we had. "

"The decor is very nice and room was comfortable but March is very windy and it wasn’t the most pleasant time. The sushi lunch spot only has outdoor seating and the umbrellas weren’t able to be opened bc of the wind, so it was super bright. Also it’s a very big property. Walked to the spa only to find out the steam room / sauna are coed and had to go back for swimsuit. Spa was pretty good but $34 per hour to use sauna and they have these young male attendants that follow you around, it’s a bit weird. Lastly, there was no creamer or milk in the room so we had to wait for room service just to make coffee in the morning. On the flip side, Nobu restaurant at sunset was awesome, beautiful view, and delicious (but $$$$) dinner. Caesar salad with lobster and the ice cream were the standouts. "
