"I’m a returner. I enjoy staying there whenever I visit New Delhi. The staff is very hospitable and courteous. Esp Pratibha at the front desk was very helpful to me. I will say that the cleanliness needs attention. The ladies bathroom near the lobby was extremely dirty. All the sinks were dirty, and some had hair in them, which I found rather disappointing. There were flies in the dining room room. I also didn’t enjoy the extremely loud live music for dinner in the pavilion because it was overtaking a decent pleasant ambience, and had to scream to my guests and to the waiter to get my message, understood. It is too small a room for such loud live music. It was completely unnecessary and no matter how much I shared my opinion, this did not stop. Again, the staff was extremely courteous and truly put a feather in their cap. I would love to stay there again."

"One of the best stays in Gurgaon. The ambience of the hotel is top-notch. The attention to detail and the historic vibe are magnificent. The staff is well-trained and extremely helpful. We got an upgrade to the next category, which was also nice. The room had all the amenities like bath essentials, kettle, smart TV, working desk, etc. The bathtub was especially very nice. The pool, spa, and salon services were really good. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread, and the food was really tasty. The in-room dining experience was also nice. In terms of location, it is just above the Ambience Mall, one of the best locations in Gurgaon. Overall, a really good stay."
