For the most part it was great, the only problem was in regards a towel that they didn’t even wash and told me it was a stain on it. They just went ahead and charged me 10 dollars for it, that it wasn’t even worth that amount. Besides that it was a good place to stay.

The amenities were perfect, room was cozy, service was great for the most part. The only complain was in regards a towel that got dirty and the staff didn’t even try to wash it saying that the stain wouldn’t come off. They just went ahead to charge about 10 dollars for a towel that it wasn’t even have a value that high. I wish they would have treat us differently in this regard. It was very upsetting. I wish another resolution would have been taken

Very comfortable
Beautiful well kept grounds with pool and plenty of space for guests to relax around the pool. Modern bathroom and comfortable bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and very nice staff.

Good location, great complimentary breakfast. Very nice staff. Beautiful grounds with a nice pool. Beds are very uncomfortable.......kinda like sleeping on a board.

The restaurant is quite good, staff is very friendly, it is right in the heart of Panajachel and the ground are lovely. I did not like that the wind machine was full of dust bunnies.

Check in reservation with the hotel as well, there was a misunderstanding with our room and number of guests but they were very understanding and fixed the situation with no other problem. The room was clean, and also the installations. Its very centric to the Santander street but you can't hear the noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was family friendly, not climatised, but perfect for the weather.

We traveled with another family with our two teens. The third bed is a wonderful option. We were comfortable and there was a fan available to move the air in the room.

The location was nice but the rooms need to have either air conditioning or a ceiling fan. We had the windows open, but then you hear the noise from the city.

The property is on a perfect location. Beautiful gardens and very nice rooms. Restaurant was good and delicious food. However it does not have air conditioning in the rooms. It had a portable fan and very loud. Such beautiful hotel should invest In installing air conditioners since it does get hot. Despite that it was great.

El hotel esta muy bonito solamente el baño tenia mal olor que venia de la regadera. The hotel is really nice, the only thing was a really bad smell coming from the shower.

An oasis of calm.
The first night we were in a room by reception which was noisy, but they moved us to a room by the pool for the remaining 3 nights which was much better, and had a nicer bathroom too. They serve a good choice of breakfast and the staff are all friendly. The pool area is a real oasis of calm from the chaos on the street outside. The bar terrace is a nice place for a few drinks when coming back for the evening. Great location, literally right on Calle Santander.

I like the location, but people was burning something next to the hotel the smog was coming inside the rooms we got sore throat and they just went to put some air fresher wich just mixt the smell

I have stayed here before so I know the property to be very nice! However, we had booked and paid for two rooms about 5 months ago and when we arrived they only had 1 room!! It took quite a while to sort it all out but eventually they got us 2 rooms at another hotel and they paid the difference which was very fair!

Hotel Dos Mundos is a great place to stay in Pana. It is right in the middle of everything but also provides the privacy and security that you might be looking for. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful find along the long tourist street. We were right in the middle of shops and restaurants but the resort itself felt quiet and private. The grounds are impeccably kept and the hospitality unmatched. All of our concerns and questions were addressed immediately. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. 10/10 would recommend for any sort of stay.

Decent hotel with Pool but rooms are uninspiring.
Hotel Dos Mundos was a good 0lce to stay Inc Panajachel. Right on the Main Street and close to restaurants, shops and waterfront. We stayed mainly because they have a pool to lounge around which we did most days. The pool is in heated and too cold for swimming in the winter months (we were here in Jan). The room was quite large (2 queen beds) but the finish was fairly basic although the bathroom was nice. Beds were quite firm but I don’t mind that. WiFi was pretty decent.

This mini resort is on the main strip but feels like you’re miles away behind the gates. It’s very charming. As a single woman I felt safe they had two watch people at all times. The pool is pretty and they have a Resturant. There’s a cute cafe on the corner for people watching, drinks and WiFi. The WiFi in my room worked great. The walk to the lake is lively with bodegas, gift shops and restaurants.

This was a modern Guatemalan hotel which we loved. In fact, so much, we wanted to stay another 2 nights but they were full. Hotel was just off Main Street, but courtyard was quiet and oh, so pretty. Wonderful, beautiful oasis in Pana. The only reason I did not give it the highest rating was because they couldn't find my reservation, but maybe that's because they are new with Hotels.com. thankfully they had 6 rooms available for us. And just a heads up, they calculated the dollars owed into quetzales using a very high exchange rate... higher than anyone else was using the week we were in Guatemala which means we paid more for the room than we thought we were going to owe. But overall, love Dos Mundos
