The duty manager who check me in at the reception was very courteous and kind. He checked me in even though I arrived at the hotel early around 9 am and even showed me to the lift...
The lady at the cafeteria (I presumed she was the manager) was very attentive and courteous as well. She will come to my table and greet me whenever she saw me in the morning (for breakfast). She made my days.... and my stay at Novotel was great!
