"We arrived to checked into our room around 2:00pm and our check in time was 4:00pm, we didn’t get into our room until 5:50pm. The staff were not at all useful or reassuring with the matter neither. When we did our pre check in at 2pm and I gave them my number to call me when the room was ready and they never called. The room itself lacked sockets and room lighting. The bathroom mirror is old and rusty. Coming from a girl, it is not the best get ready space. Overall, the service was terrible and I would rank the hotel room as one of the worst rooms i’ve ever stayed in. P.S. if you’re under 25 it is an additional $50 to the price you’re expecting to pay upon check in.."
