"Have stayed there twice staffs are great abd very helpful. "

"The only thing this property has going for it is the location and proximity to Setia Convention Center. Rooms are very basic and well worn. The bathrooms had mold in them. The kitchen had 3 plates, 1 bowl, 2 mugs and 3 spoons and forks. The fridge was rusty, there was food scraps under my bed. The sofa was well worn. The towels were thin. It is a very basic room. As a westerner travelling, this would be a 1 or 2 star rating. But given our room.was better than some of the others in the complex I...

"Love the location but not happy with unfriendly staff"

"I loved everything about our stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so nice and the hospitality is unmatched. From Kenneth to Rawdah and the rest of the team, they treated us like family during our 8 day stay."

"Always a good experience at The hotel. Enjoyed the warm services :)"

"We stayed for 4 nights in this property. Our first day apartment we checked-in was not good as it was located on lower floors 4th Floor of the building adjacent to the pool area. It was infested with roaches everywhere. Bath rooms were smelly and unbearable. Could not stay in the apartment for more than 30 Minutes. But then we asked for a change in apartment due to such terrible conditions. They relocated us to another apartment the next day that was nice, clean and without bathroom smell. It...

"Thank you for all very good hotel rooms"

"Near to main roads. Shoppings available nearby. Lots of good food outlets, economical or special is located very near. "

"Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....

"Nice staff, room was fine... Bathroom could use major update!!! The Best thing about the hotel is that it's attached to a little mall which was convenient for dining. "

"Great value with huge pool overlooking Kelana Jaya. Convenient location next to Paradigm mall with lots of food options."

"Good Clean, good area, cost"

"Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight."
