Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort

"Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also accessible for adults. For someone who is used to mexicos all inclusive, breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge variety like Mexico but the lunch and dinner beats the one in Mexico honestly! The hotel also organizes excursions and they’re great. What I loved about the resort is the cafe, you go in enjoy coffee, icecream, and desserts anytime from 11-6. I recommend choosing the all inclusive option so you can enjoy unlimited à la carte specially during lunch and dinner. The night vibes are very nice- all guests dress very chic for dinner, followed by entertainment that is also kids friendly. I recommend you walk by the marina at night to explore the cute shops and restos around. Service was amaaazing, wish if I can name each person to thank!! "The property was 1st class, excellent location, clean, homely and everything needed was supplied. The villa is a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and the Marina Rubicon. Lovely pool and outside space. Couldn’t fault anything about it."

"Easy check in good size room great sea view as requested large balcony with sunbeds. Staff really helpful. Food ok. Pool area really nice and plenty of sunbeds. Spa extra but worth paying for."

"Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities. Huge pool and plenty of sunbeds. Great location right by the marina with plenty of bars/restaurants. Very quiet hotel which the vast majority seem to enjoy as many return year on year. Not a hotel for you if you like ‘in house’ entertainment. Probably not particularly ideal for youngsters either - again perhaps why guests tend to be a little older with no children. Clearly a winning formula as the hotel books out way in advance. Have been twice in six months and going back in November "

"Villa was excellent with pool, quiet location with supermarket near. Lovely walk to marina and local restaurants. Pool was only cleaned once in 2 weeks we were there. No offer of clean bed linen or towels in 2 weeks either, however, there was washing machine where we were able to wash them ourselves. Would recommend this Villa "
