"If you enjoy emergency Govt housing vibes and a 60s toilet block asthetic then this place is for you. Lets be clear its cheap but should be cheaper. Its a dump. The locals congregate in the pokie room investing there Govt income or chain smoke outside between bets. This palace is advertised as 4 star. How it achieved or keeps this rating is a mystery to this particular victim. The shuttle service and staff were good. They can only work with what they have. Avoid."

"It Was really nice and practical at 10 minutes walking distance to the mall. We really enjoyed our stay . "

"The staff member that checked us in was lovely, talked to our child and asked questions etc very nice :) Room was adequate for what we needed to for this stay, however we only received 2 towels for 3 guests we made it work as we discovered it so late in the day evening to our travel plans. Clean and tidy, sheets clean but stained unfortunately, but would stay again. It rained a few times and there wasnt a dry way to get up to our room but this was not a deterrent. Air con worked amazingly, tv was also adequate. There was quite a lot of rubbish and mess about the puside of the rooms and bushes/carparks surrounding but the rooms were fine. Good shower however no extractor fans so it did get quite muggy when we used this"

"Staff were veey helpful and quick to deal with check ins and sorting a carpark. Made everything very simple and fast after a long trip. Although, I am wondering why the $100 deposit is still pending in my account..... If McEntral could please contact me regarding this thanks."

"I never used the laundry service. Clean room, good parking and great staff. Always a nice place to stay. Facilities are not 5 star hotel but it does a great job for the price."
