We had a great time at the hotel. I was just a little disappointed about the bonfire. At the arrival the front desk agent told me that we will have the bonfire at 7:00 pm, we and a group of people were waiting for it and they told us that the bonfire was reserved for a private group. Then next to my room the same group had karaoke night and unfortunately was next to my room. I had to move to the sofa bed because I couldn't sleep. They should be clear about certain things. I've never got to try the marshmallow by the bonfire.

The property its ok. The staff is fantastic. However It's not a good value for what you pay. We paid $380 a night and what we received I would value at $150-$200. The food it's ok and if you go with kids they don't have even a kids place.

we all had an amazing time at this resort and its a great location to visit the other wonderful sites in Peru such as Huacachina- the lagoon in the desert, islas ballestes and of course the Nazca Lines

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return! The staff are incredibly helpful if you’d like to ask for advise about how to make the most of your time in Paracas. The rooms, restaurant, pool and spa services are all top tier. Visitors should note that the water bottles are 10 Soles per bottle - which is 3x as expensive as water purchases downtown would be. The ocean entrance from the hotel is not the cleanest, but nearby beaches are easily accessed.

Viajo a paracas seguido hace 20 años y me había hospedado pocas veces en el Hilton . Me ha sorprendido gratamente Toda la experiencia:) este será mi lugar para mis siguientes visitas . El staff muy amable , los cuartos grandes ( nosotros éramos un grupo grande ), los niños felices y muy divertidos , los deportes acuáticos , los precios del restaurante buenos vs otros hoteles , las actividades y además es el que mejor playa ofrece

We had a great stay at this location. It was at a time of construction which was a bummer. It is located south of Paracas and is quiet and very close to the National reserve. The grounds are beautiful with good options for activities near the hotel and great views of the water and flamingoes! The only problem was the construction and subsequent dust in the jacuzzi.

Great beach weekend away
I came with a group of friends and had a great time, the location was really close to the reserve and we made use of the free SUP and kayak rentals. I can’t wait to come back with my husband!

Friendly staff but need improve in other areas
The staff was kind and friendly. The cooking was not too good for the price and for being in the hub of good food. The facilities need more maintenance. The shower handle got broken while I was bathing because of internal rust. It cannot be seen from the outside, but still. Also, tour companies making promotions in the Hotel are not filtered; I have received horrible service from one of them. I thought I could trust them because they come from Hotel references, but it did not happen

Nice hotel but there was really no beach it was very disappointed , so just stay one night . I thought it was pretty pricey for what they have to offer I payed $307 for one night only for the room hoping there was a nice beach.

A definately 3 star hotel, not to the standard if a Marriott 3 star equivalent. Rooms needed modernization, oarking is outside the property with a security guard and could be more COVID-19 touchless. Food was good and easonable, breakfast got boring after the third day. Hotel staff was good for Peru.
