Front staff welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean overall but heating vents had a fair bit of crusted dust on them. When you turned it on, wondered how much of it circulated in the air
The room was a bit small as expected but the hotel was cozy in general. Just need to pay attention to the entrance as it is located in an alley so it could be a bit difficult to locate and dark at night, but there are a lot of bars and restaurants around so might not feel too safe for some people. The location is nice though as it is close to main tourist spots and stations.
This I a hidden gem near the Namba station, it’s hidden in a side street right near Kuramon Market. It’s also right in the heart of the namba area. It hard to find a room for a family of five, the room was large with a living area that was large for five. It was different Becuase there was a bunk bed capsule style beds in which the kids loved Becuase they had like a small room to themself, the only complaint I would have was the mattress could be better, it was to thin and not soft. The AC was good as most hotels in Japan turn off the AC and only provide heating, for me I rather have a cooler room vs a warm room. The staff was very nice and always greeted you when you walked in.
