"Great walkable location to upper and lower Quebec and also nice longer walks to various neighborhoods and museums. Loved being near a large park. Staff were very helpful when there was a minor problem with the TV. Enjoyed our chats with them. Easy to park our rented car for a few days and easy to get out of Quebec from our location. "

"Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in."
