Miss leading and make sure you get hold of them
The stay was good however it could be better as when j was booking it online it said ill have the parking but when i reach to the hotel not a single time i was told we dont have parking first there was a language barrier between me and lidia kewin which is not an issue. Ut do let us know there isnt any parking available howevrr these are alternative options for us but she or he just didn't bother with us as we were communicating through message

It was a small efficiency apartment in an older, quaint building. There weren't any close restaurants for breakfast/coffee, and few for dinner. It wasn't close to transit, and we had trouble finding a taxi (a restaurant employee called one for us). It was clean and comfortable. As a B&B, it was fine.

Decent at best.
Service was non existent. No staff really, hard to even think of it as a hotel. We had to literally seek out toilet paper. Nobody comes by to change sheets or take garbage, despite us being there for a week.

Be sure I'm going to come back to Residence Courcelles in the near future and also suggest to all my academic colleagues at the university level here in Texas that when they need to travel to Paris stay at Residence Courcelles

Good: A lot crammed into the room, air-con excellent, large comfortable bed, light and airy, fridge/cooking facilities. Nice quiet area and building. Bad: Minor, but an unpleasant smell in bathroom if window shut, also a bit cramped in there. Location: Nice area, but a bit far from centre - not far to metro (10 mins walk), but line 3 has limited connections. Unique: We never saw anybody - check in/out is automatic, and there is no housekeeping - but loads of towels, loo roll etc provided, so all good.

Great location only 5 minutes from the metro station and near lots of shops, bistros and restaurants. Easy check in using instructions provided. Property was clean but beds and towels weren't changed during our 5 night stay. Great shower, bath a bit small but a bonus to have one at all. Cabinet in bath, right above the sink, caused me to hit my head a few times, ideally it would be moved. Overall really pleased and I would recommend this accommodation and book it again myself.

We thought that the room was very updated and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette. We could have our breakfasts in the room. We had fun exploring the neighborhood grocery stores and close by bakeries. It was close enough to the main attractions in Paris by using the trains and buses.

Decent Room with Good Facilities
In a decent residential area. Easy instructions for access out of hours. Bed reasonably comfortable. Road could be noisy until approx. midnight. Curtains not blackout and so lighting from road illuminates room. Good kitchen facilities - fridge, kettle, toaster, top stove. Good amount of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses. Small table with a couple of chairs. TV only had French channels on it. Bathroom small but all in working order with hot shower (some hairs in the shower that were not mine (!) so could have done with a more thorough clean prior to my stay, but it appeared clean until I saw these). Towels good quality. Plentiful. Toilet roll and toiletries in bathroom. Thin walls and can hear people walking around/talking/other TVs/music from outside and other rooms, but it wasn't too bad. All in all, a decent room for what I needed it for (a 2 night stay for business). Seemed a bit pricey for what it was but I guess it is Paris. I wouldn't stay here for a holiday or a longer trip.

When we arrived to the Courcelle Residence we couldn't keep our big luggages there, as there was no storage room, although we have informed them when we arrived that we had big luggages, but still they couldn't assist us, leaving us no choice wondering down the city and the metro stations with our luggages. So if you are planning to arrive before the booking time, you have to keep your luggages with you. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay of three days. We were disappointed, we don't recommend it at all. Hoping my bad experience will be helpful for others.

The apartment was compact but had everything you'd need for a stay. Beautifully clean. Access to apartment easy to obtain and the area is very convenient for access into central Paris. I would happily stay there again. The only thing that wasn't accurate in the hotels.com description is that parking is available. In fact the hotel has access to limited parking nearby at 10E a night but which is only suitable for a small car. There is parking nearby but in public car parks -these are secure. The hotels.com website was misleading. The parking was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel however I am very glad I did.

Very pleased with these accommodations!
We very much enjoyed our two night stay with five adults in this three bedroom apartment. We were able to cook two meals with ease. The two balcony’s on both sides of the apartment gave us beautiful view of the city. Our only issue was many small ants crawling on the floor in bathroom and kitchen. Strange as we were on the fifth floor. Could use more pots for cooking however we managed with no complaint. The design of the building and the tiny elevator gave us the true Paris feel. Check in was relatively easy and we received great suggestions for the area. We were able to commute to Paris easily within 20-30 mins by bus. There are food markets very near as well as large shopping mall. Always remember though, most of the Locals are not bilingual therefore cannot help with questions. Their nature is very blunt which comes accross as rude however I believe this could be normal. We would definately return for another stay!

Nice Hotel, in nice area, 3 block from the metro.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and this was a wonderful home base for daily excursions into Paris proper. Lidia and Yasser the property managers sent us an email how to use the hotel self check-in kiosk since we arrived late. It was very easy and comfortable. We rented a studio with kitchen, bathroom and patio. It was perfect for two.

Not recommended for families with children. Not very sound proof and children were told to be quiet by other clients. Do not feel that children need to be very quiet while on vacation. Accomodation was also too small and cramped as a studio apartment. Were not able to get TV to work either

Autumn in Paris.
The apartment was very clean with great views from balconies on two sides. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies including hairdryer. Washing machine/dryer/dishwasher. We felt very safe as you were on the top floor with only one other apartment and it had restricted access.

Great family location
A great roof top terrace with good views. This was a very comfortable flat. They had air conditioning which wasn't working fully but they promptly worked on it to ensure that the flat was cool. It was easy to access a supermarket, bakeries and the metro. There were three effective bedrooms for 5 of us it was perfect.
