I didnt like the fact that the room was just not very clean. The hotel smelled in the hallways...and the cleaning crew did not come one day...

Great option for a short stay
Short business trip - great option for businesses or leisure, clean, fairly comfortable and close from railway station or bus stations. Around, lots of restaurants, groceries shops etc...so overall very convenient location.

The hotel is very functional and certainly served its purpose for 3 days - the location was excellent with a supermarket and lots of restaurants right next door which helped a lot.

the staff at this hotel was exceptional. we arrived in Paris and had the misfortune of having a pickpocket steal a wallet with cash and credit cards. The staff here was so helpful and went above and beyond. we were allowed to use the hotel phone for calling and getting our credit cards cancelled. We were even allowed into a room earlier than we expected the hotel itself was lovely.

Good Hotel and fantastic location
This is a good hotel to stay and in a fantastic location. We had to travel to Gare la defense every day and the bus was like half-a-minute walk away. There is a department store right next door. The kitchen is very good and completely packed with utensils. Our kid doesn't eat outside food and we used the kitchen to the maximum. The day we checked in, I opened the ward-robe and the door covering the geyser fell on me. Looks like after servicing the Geyser, someone forgot to lock the thing in place. They got it fixed as soon as I bought it to their notice, nevertheless, you don't expect to start your vacation with a knock on your head ! Other than that, it would be good if they empty the trash box once every 3-4 days or atleast when we bring it to their notice. Ours got filled up after 3-4 days and since we were out for the whole day, we couldn't sync with the house keeping guys. I ended up carrying the garbage sack and handing it over to the reception. We didn't get a replacement bag though and had to make-to-do with some plastic covers that we had. I had a full day available after we checked out and the hotel folks kept our baggage under lock for the rest of the day. I would say that this is a very good hotel to stay in and the service provided is fantastic. If you would like to stay in calm neighborhood then this is a good place to be.

The hotel/apartment was ok, but it’s quite a ride back into Paris. If you have business in the area, it would be ideal but if you are there to see Paris, be aware that it’s not close. There is a train station, but it’s a good walk to get there and it takes about an hour by bus to get there. Also, the breakfast is not worth the money. But the accommodations were comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Not very close to the train/metro station. About 18min walk. Did not like the fact that cleaning was performed once in 7 days for free. Wonderful apartment, friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping did a great job.

Wicked hotel with awesome bakery just outside
Had a great time exploring Paris and seeing the sights the hotel is just far enough away for it to be less touristy but close enough for it to take you just under or over an hour to head into the main parts of the city, the staff were helpful and could speak English which for me was handy as not being able to speak much French

Summer visit to Residhome Monceau.
Residhome Monceau is wonderfully situated , close to Gare St.Lazare via Becon -le -Bruyère and also La Défence. I found the staff most pleasant and helpful and our stay over a period of six nights was comfortable and tranquil, despite the fact that it was in July.

Room air-conditioning was useless, more of a fan really. Reception spoke English and were helpful. Rooms satisfactory for budget style accommodation. Super market across the road from the building and a recreation area at the rear.

Nice quiet environment with a park beside it. Great convenience with restaurants (Japanese , French) and supermarket ( Monoprix) in front of the hotel. Aircon is slightly noisy but only a problem in summer if you need to blast it to cool the room. The only inconvenient is the hotel location from the nearest train station, which is around a 15 mins walk. With luggage, it is not too convenient. You can connect to it via buses though.

They have paid room service which was annoying. They should have mentioned it while we were booking the hotel room. Otherwise location was good just 15 minds away from Saint Lazare.

Good situeated but terrible experience.
The fire alarm went out twice with only one day in between and I have to claim the ironing machine for three day. No proper answer given. They got in the room even if 'not disturb' sign was on when I was away!!! For taking the (dirty) ironing machine, that I got from me. I ruined my trousers!!!

I have stayed in a similar apparthotel in another country before, but I really liked this for the cleanness and closeness of a big supermarket practically in from of the hotel. This was a complement to the available utilities in room; Microwave, Cooking electric plates, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots and pans.

It's ok..
I stayed on a cold night and the room was so hot. It was not possible to adjust the heating down. The room was an apartment style room with a separate bathroom and living room and so quite comfortable if a little tired in design. The biggest disappointment came at breakfast.. The dining room is tiny and all the guests are trying to eat at the same time(breakfast time!) so it was imposible to take breakfast..

Have you ever suspected the sheets weren't changed for your arrival? In this case, it was actually true - and a dog had slept in the bed before me! Not since I back-packed in the 1980s have I stayed in such a disgustingly dirty room. The floor wasn't mopped clean so when I put my feet on the white sheets, two grey smears appeared. And when I lay my head on the pillow a strong odour of dog masked badly by febreeze filled my sleepless night. Either management hasn't bothered to employ enough cleaning staff or the cleaning staff isn't managed so they don't even do the basics. It's a shame because the bricks-and-mortar of the place are fine and the rooms are very quiet.
