"Excellent "

"Check-in was confusing. We got there at night and the office was closed. We could not figure out how to get in and luckily a security guard who was inside the office saw us and came outside. He said we should have a number via email for the lockbox, which we did not. Luckily, he had a list of everyone that was checking in that night and he found me and was able to help me get into the lockbox and get everything that I needed to enter the apartment. The place was as described and it central. It was directly behind the Hotel Adlon Kempinski. The Bradenburg gate was nearby as was the previous Gestapo station, and the Jewish memorial. The location could not be beat for being in central Berlin and sightseeing!"
