"Beautiful area. Close to everything and very close to Olympic Park. Had an issue with my keys not working second day when we returned that evening after long day hiking etc. Had to go back down two floors to lobby. No apologies. Was just told by young man that they must have been programmed wrong. He gave me new keys and was very indifferent and somewhat rude. I did extend my stay next evening and dealt with a very helpful and accommodating lady. Don’t stay in room by elevator. Noisy. 3rd floor has no ice Have to go down to second floor. Large guest laundry room. Room was wonderful! Suite has separate bed area with seperate tv. Frig, microwave, bar sink. Lots of parking. Really loved it there. Add ice to 3rd floor and give young man customer service training and it will be perfect. "
