"It did the job. That being said, it was a bit rough around the edges. I found some trash from a previous occupant and some mold on the pullout couch mattress. And parking was a bit tricky. But hey, it’s right on the beach and was in our price range. "

"I have stayed at this property several times in the past and it’s just declined in last few stays. This recent stay was horrible. We had to go to local store and purchase cleaning supplies to reclean our room. Also my son and my nephew broke out with bites and hives from something that was in and on the bedding. It was another family complaining of bed bugs. We saw roaches in our room. We don’t complain much so we decided to make the best of the stay and try to clean our room and change bedding to accommodate ourselves since we would be only sleeping in room not spending time in it. We didn’t see bed bugs necessarily but something broke my son out in what appeared to be bites we have pictures of conditions of room. The pool and beach location give it a advantage otherwise I will never book here again "

"We stayed for 2 nights at this location.
It is a very dated location with few upgrades.
Beach access is easy
Pool is spacious
Cleanliness is needed for sure
No amenities (not even pools towels)
There are much better options out there.. we found it once we arrived and checked in.
Will definitely explore other hotels if we come back to panama beach again.

"I would not stay here again I was very disappointed the pool was cold it was older you had to walk a ways to the office they don’t tell you much in the office such as there is a 24hr ice machine you can buy a bag of ice from and where the pools are just what pool you can not go in it wasn’t worth the money and we only stayed one night "
