Upon check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was of good size and all appointments were good. The only thing I could possibly say could be better was the length of glass in the bath shower. It could have been longer which would limit the amount of water that went on the floor. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the room, the staff and the location. So easy to jump on buses and ferry. No need to use the car. Our Loft Room was so quiet. We expected noise from the hotel and restaurants downstairs. The only disappointment was the breakfast. A little sparse on choices.
