"Let me start by saying how hospitable, knowledgeable and kind Pasquale is. He greeted us out in front of our B & B and spent quality time showing us our room and t alked about the surrounding area. Salerno is the perfect place to stay and visit all the hot spots (Amalfi, Positano and Capri are just a gorgeous ferry ride away from the port of Salerno. "The area is really nice. You can go for a walk, to the beach, etc. and feel safe. However the room smells like humidity so we had to buy a scent spray. Because of the humidity the clothes do not dry so it’s complicated for long stays. The bed is not the most comfortable and it’s not completely dark. However we had a great time in Salerno and recommend it. "

"When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes outside as there was no access. The owner stated someone would be there, then after we arrived he quoted 15 minutes, and the we continued to wait. Upon access the room was in disrepair and had a terrible smell. We refused to stay, the owner ran our credit card and refused a crefit when we complained to Hotels.com."

The only issue was it took them 30 minutes to arrive to let us in but when the guy turned up all was ok he explained that we would eat breakfast at a cafe nearby which was a pastry and coffee , room was basic but all we needed excellent shower bed quite hard "
