"The property is centrally located and modern. However, the whole experience was completely ruined by their bait and switch check in procedure. The Expedia special instructions say there is no front desk and you have to be there "to meet the host" between 4 and 9. I prepaid my reservation in full and my receipt clearly shows the only thing to be collected is the city tax. We arrived at 6:30 and could not get in to the building. "The place is falling apart, the sheets are so yellow when they should be white, and at one point the first night of my stay as we were watching a movie in my computer a staff member and other guest unlocked my room and got in, quietly they realized we were inside. We checked out in the morning. It was also very loud all night outside and loud early in the morning inside. They are remodeling so workers were making loud noises as early as 8am. "
