"The property is clean. we wanted a two bedroom suite. This really served our purpose. The small kitchen was really helpful to prepare simple stuff. Overall had a good stay. Price I feel is little expensive for Mexico city. "

"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

"Two criticisms: 1) the bed was uncomfortable; too soft and the sheets were not tucked (maybe they were too small for the mattress?) 2) It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, other than the desk chair. As it was the only comfortable place was lying in bed. Two compliments: 1) housekeeping was very efficient and kept us well stocked in water bottles and clean towels. 2) front of house staff were very helpful (concierge, bell staff..)"

"Our stay at ULIV was absolutely amazing. The staff was always on-hand to assist with everything that we needed and also provided recommendations for local places to eat and for activities. The rooms were very clean, there was a lot of space for clothes. Everything worked well and we will definitely be staying here next time we visit. It was actually way better than advertised and very secure."
